Terms and Conditions: Itinerary Review & Custom Itinerary Services

By purchasing either My Queenstown Diary’s Itinerary Review Service or Custom Itinerary Creation Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Price: Itinerary Review Service by My Queenstown Diary currently costs $200 USD. This price includes the review of one itinerary.

Timeframe: After payment is complete, the itinerary review will be completed within 5 business days.

Delivery: The itinerary review will be sent to you by email. This is the email that you provide on the form after purchase. Please check your spam and promotional folders if you do not see the review. If you have problems, please email me directly at Bailey@myqueenstowndiary.com

Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of this product, I am not able to offer refunds. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the review that I provide, please let me know so that I can make it right. I take my planning service very seriously and will do everything that I can to make sure you are 100% satisfied.

Product: The product is one review of a New Zealand itinerary. This service includes an expert’s opinion and advice. We do not book anything for you. We are NOT a travel agent, and we are not booking trips. This is simply an advice product.

Liability: We are not liable for any errors, cancellations, trip interruptions, or wrong advice given on the itinerary review. While we are experts when it comes to planning travel in New Zealand, things can change at a moment’s notice. We will strive our best to provide accurate and useful information at all times. We are also not liable for any accidents, injuries, monetary losses, or any outcome of any advice given. The advice provided is to be used at your own (the purchaser’s) discretion and we (Bailey, staff of My Queenstown Diary, and/or the umbrella corporation, Wandering Media Corporation) are not liable for any of the outcomes.
